We offer balloon animals, confetti balloons, balloons inside balloons, firework balloons, jumbo balloons, weights, stands, and framing to help with the designs you choose.

All of our helium balloons are treated with Hi-Float, however float times vary depending on temperature, location, whether they are indoors or outdoors, and many other factors. Most helium balloons, when treated with Hi-Float's Non-Toxic Sealant will float up to 18 hours. Foil balloons can stay afloat for several weeks. We cannot guarantee how long the balloons will last.

Yes, all of the latex balloons in a helium bouquet are treated with Hi-Float and it is free of charge.

For our helium bouquets and pool balloons, helium is included. Helium is included in the price for any arrangement that requires helium. Please ask on of our team members if your balloons require helium and we will be happy to explain our process. Everything you need to make your party a hit is included!

Yes! All of our designs are completely customizable. Choose your colors, materials, texture, and many more options are available. Just ask and we are here to help.

We require payment to book your services. Until payment is received we cannot hold a date and time for delivery. We do not allow cancellations. All payments are non-refundable.

All of our latex balloons are eco-friendly and biodegradable. Mylar balloons can be reused and our Big Shiny Balls are designed with precision to be used for many years.

For most items delivery is necessary as most of our bouquets and custom pieces cannot fit into a standard car or SUV. Please ask one of our team members, if you prefer to pick up your items.
